Sometimes it’s just nice to have an evening where everyone understands. On November 1 following the 5 pm Mass, Holy Spirit Widow and Widowers’ Group invite you to join us as we share our monthly potluck supper, have stimulating conversations and enjoy one another’s company. Ladies Twilight Retreat at Mount St. Francis

The Hispanic Ministry invites everyone in our parish to watch the St John XXIII movie (Spanish with sub-titles in English); to remember him in celebration of the 52nd Anniversary of the opening of Vatican II Council (11-Oct-1962). This event will happen on Friday Oct 17th at 6.30pm. The following week (October 24th) at 6.30 pm we will have the movie of St. John Paul II (Spanish with sub-titles in English) to celebrate the date his papacy began (22-Oct-1978) and to remember him by his great contribution to the Church of Christ. Please keep in mind that movies’ duration is 3 hrs. each. Refreshments will be provided for both events.
Attention all Baptized Catholics grade four and up who wish to receive the Sacrament of First Reconciliation this year. Registration will be Thursday October 2nd (at 7:00 pm), Sunday October 5th (at 12 noon) and a session for late registration will be offered on Thursday October 9th (at 7:00 pm). All dates of sessions, the Retreat and Rite have been sent to the Parish schools, placed on the Holy Spirit Website and on the bulletin board at the Church entrance. Please bring Baptismal certificate and $10 at time of registration.
