Congratulations!  We understand that it is a very exciting and busy time for you.  We share in your happiness and are here to assist you in creating a marriage celebration that is both joyful and sacred.

Engaged couples are to contact the Parish Office at 403-251-3381 at least six months prior to the wedding to make an appointment with the Presider for an initial interview.  This is required to allow time for pre-marriage sessions and planning the wedding liturgy.  A series of interviews and documentation is involved in the preparation.  No date is booked until the first interview with the priest is completed.

Weddings at Holy Spirit Parish are normally scheduled on Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., with rehearsals scheduled on Friday evenings, year-round excluding the Lenten season.

We encourage all couples to prioritize the spiritual dimension of marriage as much as they do the practical preparations.  Adhering to liturgical guidelines is required.

According to Diocesan policy, a stole fee is required for the wedding.  The stole fee for Holy Spirit Parish is $300.
